I
thought I'd share where we are at in our process and what is going on
with us! I recently shared we received our pre-approval for Zeke on
May 17, 2015! This was SOOOO very exciting for all of us! We also
have been waiting for our homestudy to be finalized and on May
29th it was finalized and sent out to our agency!!! YAY!
This is a big deal! We are moving forward!!! We've been swamped with
paper work, forms, and more paper work, but it will all be worth
it!!! We've been working on filling out grant applications as well
which adds to the paper work, but again worth it :)
Life
has been busy! Between filling out paper work, we've been prepping
for rummage sales! We have been blessed with so many donations! Thank
you everybody! It has been time consuming to go through and organize,
but its coming together. We had our first rummage sale at my parents
house May 28-29th. We made $850! Praise God! He is
providing for us!! We will be having a rummage sale at our house
this next wkd(the first wkd of June) and then a rummage sale at
Andy's parents the 3rd wkd of June.
We
also have been visiting our amazing friend George(the kids' adopted
Grandpa) in between all of this. He's been sick for awhile, but in
the last wk, took a turn for the worse. He has been in the ICU. We
were not completely sure if he has already accepted Christ as his
savior so we shared the gospel with him again. He said he has
trusted! We took the kids to the ICU to say our good byes. It was
especially hard for Mianna. Lots of tears! We will forever remember all the good
times we've had with Grandpa George! And we will see him again in heaven!!! He's been a special part of our lives!
So,
whats next?! Well, our I800a(immigration approval) will be sent out
this wk and then we'll be waiting to hear from that. We will also
start to get our dossier ready...AKA... more paper work :)
We
are so anxious to go and get our little Zeke! Today Eli had a water
bottle and told me he wanted to share his water bottle with Zeke! :)
The little things we look forward to doing with our little boy!!! I can not wait until he is in our arms!!!
